GLOBAL QUALITY CERTIFICATION

From the outset, Credisyn established “quality as Credisyn lifeline.” In 2012, Credisyn first fully automated production line, featuring German technology, commenced operation, enabling precise control over key parameters such as thickness and warpage. With consistent product performance, Credisyn obtained ISO9001 certification in 2014 and successfully entered the supplier lists of leading communication equipment companies like Huawei and ZTE, completing Credisyn initial market establishment and reputation building for quality.

To meet the demands arising from 5G and high-end consumer electronics, Credisyn established an independent materials R&D center in 2016. We focused on developing materials with low dielectric loss (Df) and high heat resistance (Tg), successfully launching a series of high-frequency, high-speed substrates. By 2019, these products had passed multiple international authoritative certifications, and Credisyn had secured over 17 national invention patents, achieving a strategic transformation from a standard product supplier to a provider of high-performance specialty materials.

In response to the global supply chain’s demand for efficiency and traceability, Credisyn comprehensively advanced smart manufacturing starting in 2020. By implementing SAP ERP and MES systems, we achieved end-to-end digital management from order processing and production scheduling to logistics. Production yield increased to over 99.5%, and average delivery cycles were shortened by 35%. During this phase, Credisyn successfully passed rigorous audits by multinational corporations such as Bosch and Samsung, becoming an integral part of their global core supply chains.

Sustainable development is now a global consensus. Credisyn new smart factory, operational in 2024, integrates photovoltaic power generation and water recycling systems, reducing carbon emissions by approximately 2,500 tons annually. Concurrently, we have launched a new generation of environmentally friendly laminates fully compliant with EU RoHS 3.0 and halogen-free standards. In collaboration with industry chain partners, Credisyn have jointly initiated green initiatives, committed to promoting the low-carbon transformation of the entire electronics manufacturing industry.
